This exclusive retreat is limited to just ten participants, ensuring an intimate and immersive experience.

• 7 nights accommodation in a beautifully appointed single room at our selected Parisian hotel (bed & breakfast basis)
• All tuition and materials for your couture miniature project, taught at La Couture Brigade
• Private access to teaching venues within La Couture Brigade
• All guided tours and entrance fees to museums, archives, and exhibitions included in the itinerary
• Public transport within Paris (weekly Metro pass)
• Welcome cocktail reception on the first evening
• Seine River dinner cruise and farewell celebration
• Dedicated host and representative available throughout your stay to assist with logistics, accompany the group between excursions, and provide on-the-ground support
• Time with your hosts — fashion historian April Calahan and embroiderer Rebecca Devaney — throughout the retreat

• International or domestic airfare to/from Paris
• Lunches and dinners not specified in the itinerary
• Travel insurance (mandatory for participation)
• Airport transfers (can be arranged upon request)
• Personal expenses, souvenirs, and optional activities

Following acceptance of your application and successful completion of the screening process, a non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your place.

• 20% deposit – due upon acceptance of your application (non-refundable)
• 40% payment – due 31 January 2026
• Final 40% payment – due 11 April 2026

All payments are in US Dollars (USD) and may be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

• Participation is limited to ten guests. Places are allocated following the application review process, which includes a written questionnaire and submission of a sewing sample.
• This retreat is open only to proficient stitchers; intermediate to advanced sewing skills are required.
• Travel insurance (covering health, cancellation, and baggage) is mandatory for all participants.
• The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Subsequent payments are non-refundable after the due date unless a replacement participant can be found.
• In the unlikely event that the retreat must be cancelled by the organisers, all payments made will be refunded in full.
• Guests are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and health documentation meet French entry requirements.
• The organisers reserve the right to adjust the itinerary or substitute visits if necessary due to operational or scheduling factors beyond their control.
